Why have you sent me a debt collection notice? You have made a purchase from one of our clients and have not paid. We have sent you a debt collection notice because the invoice is overdue. All information about your debt can be found in the debt collection notice or on My Pages, the login can be found above.
Why have you sent me an SMS/email? If you have received a text message or email from us, it usually concerns an unresolved debt collection case with us. We want to get in touch with you to find a solution.Text messages/emails sent from us have the sender coeoInkasso and contain a link to www.coeo-inkasso.se. If you have received an SMS/email from us even though you do not have a debt collection case with us, contact us on 010-146 87 40.
Why should I pay to coeo and not to the company where I made my purchase? We have been commissioned by the company where you made your purchase to handle your overdue invoice. Payment should therefore be made to us and if you have any questions, we will help you.
I have received a letter from Kronofogden, what does this mean? If you have received a debt collection notice and have not paid your debt, your case may be sent to Kronofogden. However, if you pay the debt directly, including the added costs, we will withdraw the case from Kronofogden and close the case.
It is good to know that there are additional costs if your case is sent to Kronofogden:
  • Application for an order for payment 680 SEK
  • Attachment 600 SEK per year
I want to pay, how do I do it? The easiest way to find your payment details is on the collection notice you have received from us. The collection claim is primarily sent to Kivra; if you do not use Kivra, you will receive the collection claim by post.You can also log in to My Pages for more information or to pay directly.
I can't pay the whole debt at once, what should I do? You can usually split your payment. Simply sign an installment plan yourself via My Pages, where you can also chat with us. It may be useful to know that there is a set-up fee of SEK 170 and a fee of SEK 60 per notification when you set up an installment plan.If you can't pay your debt right now, contact us and we will find a solution, it is usually okay to pay later.
Have I got a payment remark now that I have received a debt collection demand? No, a debt collection notice does not mean that you have a payment default. If you do not manage your debt, we may apply for a payment order from Kronofogden. If you do not pay or object, the debt will be determined in a ruling and a payment remark will be registered.You can find more information about payment orders on the Kronofogden website.

How do I dispute my debt? If you wish to dispute a debt, the easiest way to contact us is via the chat on our website or by phone at +46 10 146 87 40.
Why is a fee charged for a refund? Due to the additional administration required when refunding an incorrect payment, coeo Inkasso charges an administrative fee of SEK 50, in accordance with established industry practice.

Why should we pay to the coeo and not to the company where we made the purchase?

Has the company received a payment default now that we have received a debt collection demand?

No, a debt collection demand does not mean that you have received a payment default. sHowever, if you do not manage your debt, we may need to apply for a payment order from the Enforcement Authority, and then a payment default will be registered.

If you do not pay or object, the debt is determined in a judgment. For more information about payment orders, please visit the Enforcement Authority's website.

How do you handle complaints?

We want to assure you that your complaint will be handled appropriately and in accordance with applicable regulations and our complaints policy. It is completely free of charge to handle complaints with us.
